Joints Update

Well, it’s been 2.5 days since I haven’t had any artificial sweeteners and my body (except for my right hand) is back to 100% no joint pain. I attribute my right hand still being achy to old volleyball injuries and computer use.

Wondering how the rest of you fared with your own experiments?

    I’m working on it… My goal is no soda until lunch, however I do drink coffee with my breakfast but I think Splenda doesn’t count as artificial sweetener, does it?). But after that it’s just water til 1:30.

    Working my way from no soda after 11 and I’ll bump it back an hour or so every week.
    Yeah I’m a wimp.

    • Splenda is most indeed-illy-do an artificial sweetener! In fact, that one affects me most of all as far as the joint pain goes.

      Suck it up and put some real sugar in your coffee. At 35 calories per tablespoon, it’s nothing in the grand scheme of daily caloric intake.
