As you know, I’ve been struggling with my weight these past months. So far, I had a nice drop, and now I’m stagnating around the same 2-3lb weight range.
But, I must be doing something right as my Mom this past weekend commented “you’ve lost some weight – you’re looking good!”
Considering I saw her last in late January, this was a pretty big thing.
I’ve been half assedly keeping track of what I eat and I haven’t cut out the beer/wine like I debated doing. I adjusted a few things of how I eat throughout the day at work as well. I must be losing fat or something.
Well, I’ll just keep at it and hopefully now that it’s warming up, I’ll be able to get outside to work out for once and do some longer runs. For some reason, I can’t do anything further than 3 miles on a treadmill without wanting to kill myself out of boredom – and that’s with audiobooks and podcasts to listen to!

As for the treadmill, I need a solid variety of music to keep me pushing past 3 miles so I know just what you mean. I keep making new club mixes for my Shuffle and that seems to work for me.
