This pretty much sums up my energy levels today:
But – tonight I’m going to go for a run and make something healthy for supper despite the fact that I’m exhausted. I suppose being on my feet for 12+ hours yesterday saving the world didn’t help matters either.

I need to do some research into why my Nike+ gadget is now making my iPod Nano crash every time I try to use it. Perhaps this is the “battery low” issue? I just don’t have time to look into it – so I’m running “offline” for the time being. I’m getting close to doing 3 miles each workout – so hopefully I’ll be at 5 miles soon!
